These pups were found in a black tied garbage bag, they were dumped in front of Hair By Jowelle, Independence Avenue, San Fernando , 653-2166. There are 11 pups in total and are being fostered by Jowelle and her staff in her shop. Please help find owners for these wonderful puppies. Adopted! |
